What we collect

An email address so you can sign in and find your history, the files you choose to upload, and the outputs we produce from them. Basic technical logs are kept to keep the service running and to prevent abuse.

Your files

Uploaded files and their outputs are stored so they appear in your history. You can delete any job at any time, and you can set files to be removed automatically as soon as conversion finishes. We do not use your documents to train any model, and we do not share them with anyone.

How conversion works

Pages are processed by automated systems, including third-party model providers used strictly as processors under contract. Content is transmitted encrypted and is not retained by those providers for training.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Stored files are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. For organisations that cannot send documents outside their own network, an offline installation is available.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@fullocr.com and we will act within thirty days.
