The service

FullOCR converts documents you upload into Word, HTML and plain-text files. You keep all rights in your documents and in the outputs. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not upload material you have no right to reproduce, and do not use the service to infringe copyright or to process unlawful content.

Billing

Pay-as-you-go conversions are charged per page at the published rate. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Offline licences are charged once and include one year of updates.

Refunds

If a conversion fails or the output is materially defective, tell us within fourteen days and we will re-run it or refund that job. Unused subscription pages do not carry over and are not refundable, but you may cancel at any time.

Accuracy

Every job ships with measured fidelity figures. Those figures describe the conversion; they are not a warranty that a document is fit for a particular legal, medical or financial purpose. Review the output before relying on it.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the job in question.
